North-Central Idaho
Fall steelhead are on the move in the Clearwater with cooler weather and prime water temperatures. Dry-line and sink-tip tactics both deserve a swing.
Upper Snake / Eastern Idaho
Flows are at very low levels and stable. Dry-droppers and nymphing are most productive as the river settles into its autumn pattern.
