Salmon Region
Strong steelhead numbers with clearing conditions. Flows moderate and stable; water temperature elevated but manageable with timing and location selection.
South Central Idaho
Water temperature is holding at 58°F with normal flows. Conditions are stable and clear. Brown trout spawning season is underway.
Southwest Idaho
Falling flows at 5,250 cfs are opening fresh water for smallmouth bass. Target deeper zones with hefty attractors as fall cooling pushes fish down the water column.
South Central Idaho
Fall conditions are excellent on the South Fork. Cool water temperatures and stable flows create an ideal setup for hatches and responsive trout.
