Conditions
The Owyhee is a standout fishery with warmer-than-normal water temperatures fueling strong hatches throughout the day. Midges, BWOs, PMDs, Baetis, and Callibaetis are active, with the evening PMD spinner fall particularly strong. Fish are in excellent condition but handle with care using a rubber net only. As water temps climb, expect more surface activity and consider targeting cooler riffles to protect stressed fish.
