Cooling weather is supporting excellent fishing across multiple techniques. Small dries work the riffles, while nymphing in deeper pockets remains productive. Streamers are worth throwing given strong potential. Mahogany duns and BWOs are active, so consider heavy beadheads, stonefly patterns, and streamers to match the conditions. As of August 30, flows were running 9,450 cfs at Irwin to 6,220 cfs at Lorenzo and stable.
