Conditions
Flows have settled at 693 cfs as of August 26, down from 1020 cfs earlier in the month—better wading and easier access across the reach. Box Canyon is fishing well with Golden Stones and Gray Drakes active on the surface. Through the Ranch water, focus on the middle section and below Osborne Bridge; skip the upper Ranch and water behind the shop. Caddis, PMDs, Gray Drake spinners, Tricos, and Callibaetis are all on the water, and Mormon Crickets are driving solid afternoon action.

Access
Box Canyon remains a solid option. In the Ranch water, focus on the middle section and areas below Osborne Bridge; upper Ranch and water immediately behind the shop are slower.
