Henrys Fork of the Snake River, Box Canyon to Riverside fishing report

As of October 12, flows were holding at 159 cfs and extremely low, making navigation challenging. Streamer fishing remains the most consistent approach, with Utah chubs flushed from Island Park Reservoir adding to the mix. Rising fish are seeing good activity across a range of fall hatches including mahogany duns, blue-winged olives, midges, and hoppers. Brown trout are becoming grumpy as spawning approaches. Consider heavier line and bigger attractors near the edges as flows settle.
