Excellent afternoon and evening fishing with cooler temperatures spreading fish throughout the river; mornings are slower. Flows stable at 417 cfs.

The South Fork is running very low as Palisades Reservoir sits at 11% capacity, but dry-droppers and nymphing remain effective on overcast fall days.

October Caddis and Mahogany Duns are on, and streamers are working especially well on Kelly Creek right now.
