Hatch Status
Tricos and PMDs hatching throughout the morning and disappearing in the afternoon.
Conditions
Flows are dropping toward 400 CFS and remain manageable for confident waders despite slightly elevated water. Morning and afternoon hatches should bring Tricos, PMDs, and Crane Flies to the surface. The river continues to fish well, though heavy angler pressure means big fish are selective and grant only one look—keep moving to find undisturbed water and consider attractor patterns when specific hatches aren't locked in.

Techniques
- Big fish are opportunistic feeders and will usually give an attractor dry fly a try; however, they will only give you one look.
- Keep moving around to find fish that have not been bothered the day before.
