Conditions

Dry fly fishing is solid on the Spokane River at summer low flows. As of September 8, flows were running below normal at 504 cfs and holding steady. Expect a flow increase once winter drawdown begins at Post Falls Dam. Access downstream of the Wastewater Treatment Plant is restricted due to fire cleanup, keep to upstream sections. Foam hoppers, Chubby patterns, and October Caddis dries are your go-to dries.
