Crystal clear water and 54°F temperatures make the tailwater below Anderson Dam prime for sight fishing in early September. Flows have dropped to around 1,200 cfs with exposed rocks, so floaters should be mindful of the lower water level. Pinks show in the afternoon with Caddis following in the evening, buggy dries with dropper rigs can be effective throughout the morning and late-evening window.
