A cooperative project between the Idaho Department of Parks and Recreation (IDPR) and Idaho Department of Fish and Game (IDFG) has constructed a new pond next to the Northwest Passage Campground in the North Beach Unit of Ponderosa State Park. The Northwest Passage pond will be stocked by the IDFG and the area will be maintained by Ponderosa State Park.
