Jeremi Syron grew up along the Middle Fork of the Clearwater River, just 25 miles east of Flying B Ranch, and has guided hunting and river rafting expeditions in the Selway-Bitterroot Wilderness since the late 1990s. He holds a B.S. in Environmental Field Biology and has worked multiple seasons as a biologist conducting habitat projects for the Nez Perce Tribe, bringing both academic credentials and hands-on ecological expertise to his role. At the ranch, Jeremi serves as a primary big game guide, wingshooting guide, and fishing guide while also functioning as a hands-on manager overseeing operations. Known equally for his extensive outdoor knowledge and infectious sense of humor, he brings an upbeat personality and strong work ethic to every venture in the field. Outside of work, Jeremi shares his passion for the outdoors with his wife and two daughters, spending time hunting, fishing, and on summer river trips, while maintaining a working kennel of multiple dogs including English Pointer Spaniels and a Jagdterrier.
