Casey Burley is a Salmon native who grew up exploring the region's mountains and rivers alongside his father and twin brother, developing a deep passion for outdoor pursuits including hunting, fishing, and backpacking. A accomplished wrestler during his high school years, Burley transitioned into river guiding after graduating in 2016, discovering his true calling while conducting day trips on the water. Beyond his work as a guide, he has spent five years in seasonal environmental cleanup roles across the Northwest, addressing hazardous materials management. Committed to fostering the next generation's connection to the outdoors, Burley is dedicated to sharing both his extensive outdoor knowledge and environmental expertise with others, helping to preserve the pristine wilderness that defines his home region.
