Aaron Lieberman hails from rural Southwest Oregon, where the Rogue and Applegate Rivers converge, and developed his paddling skills on the Rogue, Deschutes, Klamath, and numerous other waterways throughout southwest Oregon and Northern California. With approximately 15 - 20 years of guiding experience, he has established himself as a respected figure in the river community, currently serving as Executive Director of the Idaho Outfitters & Guides Association. Beyond his work on the water, Lieberman has pursued extensive international education and cultural engagement, including study in Germany, England, and Tunisia, complemented by his dual degrees in Political Science and German alongside a minor in Arabic.
