A rain bump has pushed the North Fork into the 814 cfs range as of September 6, lifting fish into upper run ends, current tongues, and undercut banks that were marginal before the bump. Water temperature sat at 59°F with more rain in the forecast. Given the cloud cover, subsurface tactics with larger nymphs and small streamers should produce. Water may develop slight stain if rain continues.

- With the weather we have had, be willing to spend more time subsurface. A larger nymph or small streamer may be a better choice during periods of heavier cloud cover or if the river develops a slight stain.
