Conditions
Lake Pend Oreille is transitioning into fall with water temps in the upper 60s and the lake level down about 1 foot from summer pool. Smallmouth are cruising the shallows hunting baitfish, and pike are beginning to show after a summer lull. This is a solid window for streamer work before winter patterns take over.
