About Sockeye Salmon

Sockeye salmon are Idaho-native, anadromous salmonids in the family Salmonidae. FishBase notes two forms of Oncorhynchus nerka: the migratory sockeye and the landlocked kokanee, with sockeye generally reaching larger size.
