Conditions
Cold groundwater keeps the Spokane fishable despite low flows running around 500 cfs. Skip the thin water above Sullivan and focus your effort below downtown where there's more current and depth to work with. As of August 26, conditions were mainly clear with temps in the upper 80s and stable flows. Hopper patterns and low-profile foam dries are drawing increased interest, with sparse caddis and pseudo-baetis showing up in slow tailouts.
