Seeing lots of PMDs and caddis as well.
Conditions
The Bear River has held remarkably steady through spring, offering consistent conditions for anglers working the section below Oneida. PMDs and caddis are active, keeping trout feeding. As flows ease into summer, fish are moving to newly accessible margins—this is a good time to work smaller streamers along the banks where trout are relocating.
